Father Ted Wins Two In Two Weeks

Father Ted, our consistent son of Requiem out of Tambura by Jallad, won his third race and second in a row at Scottsville over 2400m, carrying top weight of the field of 60kgs to add to his incredible success! Bred and retained by ourselves, Father Ted has also placed six times from 13 starts.

He won by half a length from Assessment (Fort Wood), Night Tide (Medaaly) and Sparkling Wood (Fort Wood). Trained by Duncan Howells, he also won his previous start at Clairwood over 1800m from Roy's Jet (Jet Master).

Our other recent winner was Regal Breeze, getting her first win at Flamingo Park after placing eight times from 12 starts - she had been knocking on the door for a win, and she did it in a fine fashion, by almost four lengths over 1600m from Gemma (Whitechapel), Silken Sea (Spectrum) and Credulous (Modus Vivendi).

Trained by Cliffie Miller, she is out of Sportsworld mare Heroic. She is a half-sister to two winners, Little Miss Casey and Royal Hero.
