Second Winner In A Week For Roski - 51% Winners To Runners This Season!

We are very proud to have achieved an astounding statistic of over 51% winners to runners, and our decision to keep a quality broodmare band over quantity is reaping the rewards, with all of our broodmares achieving Black Type on the track.

A young mare who is off to a great start at stud is our Gr2 winner Tempted. Her first foal is Onamission by Crusade, a 2-time winner for Mike De Kock, and her second foal came flying to win on Sunday at Scottsville for trainer Garth Puller. The 2yo son of Just As Well named Master Thief, sold for R150 000 and won second time out after placing third on debut.

It was apt win on a special race day at Scottsville hosted by the Natal Polocrosse Association, as Lyle Hewitson crossed the finish line aboard Master Thief. This is the damline of Albert and the second dam is 4-time winner, Tempter.

Very disappointly, we didnt sell their Oratorio half-sister at Nationals this year. Just As Well continues to perform extremely well from small numbers each year and yielded the talented Gr3 winner Just Cruised In, this season. He has consistently produced between 40 - 50% winners to runners each year at stud.
