Just As Well is himself a four-time winner over dirt and turf, including a Gr 1 winner of the Northern Dancer Breeder's Cup Turf Stakes over 2400m and winner of the Gr 3 Arlington Million over 2000m.
He placed in five Group races, two of them Gr1.
From a small first crop to race Just As Well has achieved two Grade 1 performers, amongst them Just Africa and Just As I Said, the latter placing in the Storm Bird Stakes Listed.

Princess Analia's win came soon after the Vaal double for Just As Well, with the Roski-bred two year old filly winning her second start at Scottsville for trainer Gavin Van Zyl, and owner Mr Leslie Logan. Looking to be a smart filly who placed second on debut at Greyville and showing versatility between turf and polytrack, both starts over 1200m, Princess Analia is out of Grand Lodge mare Lodge Of Dreams(SNL). She defeated a field of well-bred fillies.
Just Smoke Em Wins Second Time Out
After Just As Well earned a double at the Vaal on Thursday with Chilli Con Carne and Just Africa, Roski-bred three year old filly Just Smoke Em blazed away at Greyville to win by almost two lengths, only second time out over 1600m on the turf. In the process she defeated three very smartly bred fillies.
